At Barney’s Café Artwork, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional art pieces and experiences to our community. This policy outlines our Quality and Delivery Promise — a reflection of the care and commitment we pour into every order.

Please note: We may update this policy occasionally. In case of any conflicts, Barney’s Café Artwork Terms of Service will apply.

1. Our Quality Promise

Our Commitment:
When you order from Barney’s, you’re not just getting artwork — you’re getting a piece of our heart. We hold ourselves to the highest standards to make sure every print, canvas, and frame is something you’ll love.

If you’re not fully satisfied with the quality of your order, let us know — we’ll make it right with a full refund.

How it works:

Reporting an issue: Please report any quality concerns within 30 days of receiving your order. Don’t forget to include a clear photo of the product so we can help you faster!
Where this applies: Our Quality Promise currently covers deliveries to: Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
What’s covered: Cards, calendars, photobooks, posters, framed posters, canvas prints, and framed canvases.

2. Our Fast Delivery Promise

Our Commitment:
We know how exciting it is to receive your art! That’s why we promise your order will arrive within 5 business days after it’s been processed. If it takes longer, we’ll make it up to you:

Over 5 business days delay: We’ll refund 20% of your order value.
Over 10 business days delay: We’ll refund the full amount.

Important Details:

Holiday Seasons: Delivery times may vary during December and peak periods. Check out our Holiday Order Deadlines for more info.
Where this applies: Same countries as above: Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
What’s included: Cards, calendars, photobooks, posters, framed posters, canvas prints, and framed canvases.

Special Notes for Shipping:

In the USA, this promise covers orders shipped with “Standard” or faster options.
In Australia, it applies to orders shipped with “Express” delivery.

Delivery Area Exclusions:
Some regions are a little tricky to reach quickly, so our Fast Delivery Promise doesn’t cover these areas:

USA: Mainland only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
Canada: Mainland only (excludes Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and PO boxes).
UK: Mainland only (excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands, and other offshore islands).
Spain: Mainland only (excludes Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
Italy: Mainland only (excludes Sardinia, Sicily, and smaller islands).
Sweden: Mainland only (excludes some remote islands).
Norway: Mainland only (excludes rural/remote areas).
France: Mainland only (excludes Corsica and all overseas territories).

3. Exclusions and Limitations

Events Beyond Our Control:
Extreme weather, strikes, or other unexpected events (aka "acts of nature") may affect deliveries. These situations are out of our hands.
Customer Responsibilities:
Please double-check your shipping details during checkout! Incorrect information may void our delivery guarantee.
